Bilt announced today that rent payments in the Bilt system using the Chase United cards now earn 2x points per dollar. Paying rent with a credit card on Bilt costs 3% (with the exception of payments with the Bilt credit card which are fee). So it’s like buying United miles for 1.5 cents each.
This works on Chase United Gateway, United Explorer, United Quest, United Club, and United Presidential Plus cards.
