signed up for the newsletter, got an email saying “welcome!” and to complete my profile to receive the 4 count bonbites, and when I saved my completed profile I didn’t get an email for the free bonbites. even worse, I tried calling customer service and the phone number is disconnected. what the heck???

I didn’t get the free coupon until the next day when I signed up in January if that helps.

Thanks, DoC! I’m waiting for a haircut in a barbershop at a mall with a Cinnabon. The wait is an hour — here’s hoping the coupon comes through quickly. They also note that you’ll get something for your birthday, which happens to be coming up soon for me. I’ll take the small wins where I can get ’em!
