Citi has sent out a targeted survey to some cardholders offering them a $10 Amazon gift card for completing the survey. The subject line is ‘We Want Your Feedback’ if you want to check to see if you received it. One potential interesting question is the benefits people would like to see that would get them to upgrade to a higher annual fee card. Some of the options are interest (e.g waived resort fees, miles rebate). I guess they plan to make some sort of changes to the Citi American Airlines Executive card?
