Citi Dividend Q1 2024 5% Categories: Amazon, Streaming

Citi has released the Q1 2024 5% categories on their old Dividend card, for those who still have it:

  • Amazon
  • Select Streaming Services – Includes the following cable, satellite, and streaming providers: Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Disney+, DirecTV Stream, ESPN+, fuboTV, HBO Max, NBA League Pass, Netflix, Pandora, Paramount+, Showtime, Sling TV, Spotify, Starz, SiriusXM, Vudu, YouTube Red, YouTube TV, and Tidal.

Citi is different than the other cards in that you have a $6,000 annual cap rather than a $1,500 quarterly cap. You can get 5% back on up to $6,000 in this quarter or you can save the entire amount for a different quarter, or you can use part up each quarter.

Signup link takes me to landing page but I end up at 4Q2023 signup. No matter how I try, I can’t get 1Q2024 to show up. Guess I’ll keep trying …

A reminder that purchases made after the Div December closing date will count towards next year’s rewards. So groceries til year end.

Oh crap, you just explained why I was missing rewards on my statement that just closed.

Had purchases Dec 2022, but the statement closed Jan 2023. Didn’t realize they came out of this year’s allotment.

So Citi Dividend Q1 2024 is out as well. I wonder what is holding up the Chase Freedom Q1 2024 categories announcement. Was it not scheduled to be announced today?

I saw one of the popular blogs list Q1 categories for CF earlier today, but now the article seems to have been edited. I believe they had groceries and wellness, although I stopped paying attention after I saw ‘groceries’, because it is an easy category to max out.

Having Amazon on Q1 is welcomed, but looks ballsy move

Guess I’ll max out as much grocery as I can til year end to count on ’24 since those categories are no value to me

I’d sit out this quarter and hope for more useful quarters later.

My dad has a citi dividend card, if he put me as a AU. I would be eligible for the card’s benefits? would i be able to link my card on my personal card too?
