I purchased Jetblue tickets on June 30th with the offer applied well in advance, with the purchase date on the account showing it took place the 30th (but posted the next day). Called Jetblue on the 12th to figure out why the credit was not showing up and was given some sort of runaround that the only one they see is the current one for $25 off $250. By the end of the call, she seemed to acknowledge it existed and to check by the end of my statement date (the 25th). Obviously, nothing happened. I called back today and spoke to a rep and their supervisor, both of whom can’t find any previous offer Citi made for June 30th expiration.

Talk about gaslighting! I never usually try to do offers on the last day, but have never had an issue with Amex or Chase with last day offers! Basically if I never took a screenshot of it (which I regret), I could be making this up even though I cite them sources like here and whatnot. Has anyone else had issues with Citi’s offers redeeming like this? The turnaround time is usually a few days.

I have this offer on the CCC, but as expected, not available on the citi aadvantage mileup card

As someone said, same offer differs across cards as I see 10% cashback on walmart on my CCC (up to 10$) and just 5$ on AAdvantage!

Had this offer last month on 4 cards, if it’s extended I might have to look at the 25 airport challenge again lol

Are you able to trigger the credit on all 4 cards? I have two cards with this credit.

Just finished scouring my cards then this showed up on the email (BTW, I started with DoC)! Custom Cash and Premier/Strata each had $20 back on $200 expiry June 30.

guevara1987 Yes, I just saw it on my Citi Double Cash Card. I did not see it on my card at the time of this DoC posting. Now it is showing.

I technically can get $150 off $600 flights with the 2x AMEX offers I have (P1 and P2 AU card). Now…where to go…?

My Strata Premier got an even worse deal, earn $20 back on a purchase of $400 or more. Thanks, Citi.

Did anybody receive the credit? Charge posted over a month ago and statement closed, but no credit.

citi sometimes posts it in the next statement for these offers, so if you still don’t see it may need to call them. you can also check for it under the redeemed tab
