Citi finally added American Airlines as a transfer parter on the Citi Strata Premier, Strata Elite, and Prestige cards. They transfer at a 1:1 ratio (1 Citi ThankYou point for 1 American Airlines mile).
We finally have a credit card points currency that transfers to American Airlines. It’s especially nice that you only need the $95 Strata Premier card to do so.
From what we’re hearing, transfers are instant. And transfers work even from points earned on other cards that were pooled with the Strata card.
