During the Citi earnings call Jane Fraser (CEO & Director) mentioned that Citi will be introducing a new American Airlines card:
And this quarter, we will introduce a new mid-tier product to round out the Citi Advantage portfolio. It will innovate the travel experience for American Airlines’ customers and create access to premium benefits.
The current line up for Citi looks as follows:
- American Airlines AAdvantage® MileUp® Card No annual fee
- Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard® $99 annual fee
- Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® $595 annual fee
I suspect the new card will be $195/$295 annual fee. What sort of features/earnings rates would you like to see?
