Our Verdict
Often last weeks deals are still bookable for a few days. In addition the sale fares are usually available for dates slightly outside the travel periods listed above. Seems like a really weak selection again this week.
Hat tip to The Gate
is it just me or does the link go to a different deals page that shows 14,000 expiring on feb 22nd?
Fixed
Thanks DoC
Now the Delta Gold affiliate links? Lmaooo sell out
Jake, I’m not entirely sure you know what an affiliate link is. This post doesn’t contain an affiliate link.
But yeah, obviously not an affiliate
Ah yeah, that is all handled by Google Adsense and nothing to do with us directly.
Also is there a reason you post these stupid comments under a different e-mail and name?
When are you releasing the ability to sign up for accounts to curb some of these idiots from posting.
Even when we add account registration people will still be able to do guest comments, we will just lock the referral posts to user only
I see, I thought there might be some sort of moderation que for guest posts.
Yeah might add that, we will see
I have a question about Delta miles. I’ve been earning points for about 6 years now and have never gotten a Delta card. They always had such a bad reputation–Delta Pesos, etc. But lately I’ve been seeing some interesting deals with Delta. Is it worth getting some Delta credit cards for the points?
Only you can make that decision, but I’m with you that while Delta has been my lowest priority for the last few years and I’ve never redeemed them once, these weekly deals offer some hope something might be worthwhile. They never expire, so if you qualify for a card you think is better for you st the moment, go for it. There’s an increased bonus coming within a month so hold off a little longer if you decide to go through with it though!
If your goal is to fly business / first class I wouldn’t waste your time with Skymiles. However, if you are fine flying economy, sky miles are worth considering.
With the Delta Amex card you use “pay with miles” and book ANY Delta flight using miles at a rate of 1 cent per mile. This is different from the standard “cash and miles option” which is usually a horrible rip off.
