Our Verdict
Looks like this is targeted, I haven’t gotten anything yet, but it appears to have been sent out widely. If Walmart Grocery accepts Paypal, it might be possible to get another 5% with the Discover Q3 category bonus.

That’s not entirely true. You can use PayPal to purchase eGift Cards at Walmart. eGift Cards can then be converted to a physical gift card and used for any Walmart item, including gas. So yes, you can still technically get the 5% quarterly bonus from Discover.
