Quarter two runs from April 1st till June 30th. You can get 5% on up to $1,500 in purchases each quarter (maximum of $75 cash back from the 5% categories per quarter) before it falls to a flat 1% cash back on all purchases. Remember that the $1,500 maximum applies to all of these categories, so you cannot spend $1,500 at home improvement stores, $1,5000 at furniture stores and $1,500 at bed bath and beyong stores to get $225 for the quarter.

Get 5% On Gas Purchases By Buying Gift Cards
For those who don’t have a good earning credit card for gas purchases, it’s possible to get 5% cash back on all gas purchases by purchasing Hess gift cards from Lowe’s (which counts as a home improvement store).
Get 5% On All Amazon Purchases
Lowe’s also sells amazon gift cards, which will also allow you to get 5% cash back on all purchases.
