I just checked and it doesn’t seem to be available anymore, if you select $200, it should show $180 on the checkout page, but it doesn’t anymore.

Gift cards are usually flagged as “high risk” transactions. It is the issuing bank that sets which categories are flagged as “high risk.”
So what can I buy with an Ebay gift card that is similar to cash?–for example, can I use an ebay gift card to buy a Walmart or Amazon gift card?

There’s a lot of garbage on eBay. No one has time to look through all that stuff. I don’t know what Rupi is talking about. If you got two players usually what I do it use my second account and buy some stuff from my first account and then the buyer (my second account) cancels it and the seller (my first account) has to refund it. I wait it out like three days or so until the money is in the bank and then issues a refund by using the EBAY GIFT CARD as the form of payment. Bam! FUEB!
Not sure what you’re smoking, but seller can’t use an egay gc as a payment refund method. if that’s what youre saying (buyer pays with normal CC and seller refunds with GC). If the buyer used an egay gc as payment method then the refund goes back on the egay gc. So either way, you still have the full egay gc amount to liquidae.

Bought a $200 gift card, got within a few minutes. Paid using my Citi DC so I should only end up paying $176.4 after rewards. If used correctly, should get around $213 worth of value, 95% of the time I get 6.5% back on eBay with C1S even when paying with gift cards. Should end up being a $36.60 MM for me, I buy a lot on eBay.
