Hilton Timeshare Offer – Get 3 Nights + 100k Points For $149

Update 3/23/23: Deal is back.

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Hilton Grand Vacations (Hilton’s timeshare brand) is offering discount rates and points.  As part of this deal you need to complete a two hour timeshare presentation and pitch. All locations are $149 for three nights + 100,000 points.
    • Orlando, FL
    • Las Vegas, NV
    • Myrtle Beach, SC
    • Scottsdale, AZ
    • Daytona Beach, FL
    • Virginia Beach, VA
    • Hilton Head, SC
    • Williamsburg, VA
    • Gatlinburg, TN
    • Southern California
    • Park City, UT

Our Verdict

This is better than the standard deal of 50,000 points for three nights at $199. You can normally get a better deal than publicly listed by calling in. Best tactic seems to call in asking for more information and then saying your partner isn’t 100% convinced yet, I wouldn’t even accept their first counter offer). You can see what additional offers people have gotten before here.

Nobody ever thinks they are going to buy a timeshare, so make sure you go in with a solid plan of saying no and don’t attend if you are easily convinced.

I feel like a loser now that I got talked into this over the phone when the offer on the post is so much better.

At least i didn’t bite on the original offer ($199) for 3 nights in Vegas and eventually got it for: $159 plus tax, 10k points (altho it’s never written in email or my online account, it’s always there when I double-check on the phone), and a $100 “free night on us” certificate (altho I’m reading now from you guys that these are a pain).

Booked my dates and luckily I’ll get another 15k points for doing it so soon. I even remember seeing this post, I should have told him to up the points more since I knew up to 150k exists. Oh well, live and learn. Just gotta pray I make it out of the presentation with a “no.”

I called and the rep wanted me to give a code. Anyone know the code for this?

If you get sick or you can’t take the trip for another reason.. do you get the initial purchase online refunded?

Per terms, it’s nonrefundable. However, I assume they would work with you if something comes up & life interferes, like extend your dates, not a refund. There are fees to change your reservations, if you have dates already booked, though.

Offers seem to still be active. I initially was unable to make purchase using a private browser and having my VPN active. After changing to Chrome and pausing my VPN, I Just was able to purchase the Daytona Beach offer.

Do you have to decide the exact dates on which you stay when you make this purchase?

You don’t choose your travel dates until you talk to someone on the phone after making the purchase online (if you go the online route). Then someone calls you within a few days or you can call the number in your confirmation email to go through the process quicker.

Keep in mind that there might be resort fees, weekend fees, or high season fees depending on the property and dates you choose. They also might not have any availability for the dates you have in mind.

So it could be worth checking on these things before booking your nonrefundable package unless you have flexibility with your dates.

The points offer is nicer than the sometimes junk ‘free night on us’, with 6 mo to stay at a Hilton (not Hampton inn or Embassy suites etc but only ‘Hilton’; terrible reviews of many who never got that back); def would do this but I just bought the Hawaii package (had done that last yr, bought pre-covid but extended several times 2/2 covid); they upgraded me to a 2 Bedroom suite last time in Hawaii, which was nice. (Hilton diamond 2/2 Amex Aspire)

Looks like these offers are not available now. For all locations it says you are one step closer and redirects to the HGV home page. Any other experience?

I was able to see all locations on first day, took a day to decide and see the same error now.

Try using a different phone and details on the first eligibility check form. It worked for me when I tried again. I am sharing experience about early hours on 25th EST. Not sure what is the latest status.

Did you need to choose the hotel stay dates right away when making the purchase? Thanks.

After clicking the direct link I get a message “you are not eligible for this offer” and then only Las Vegas and Orlando are offered as choices. Has anyone been able to book Park City?

Can anyone please confirm if there are any additional Resort Fees to be paid later at the time of finally visiting the hotel/ resort? I called up and the sales guy said if you go through me there are no resort fees and if you book the package online then when you will try to book your stay they will tell you about additional ~$50 per day resort fees.

Thanks Mike and Shawn. I was able to get the package and called them up for dates in May. Now they are saying resort stay is only for couple if u have a kid/ guest then we will have to look for a hotel stay for famiy. But they confirmed about the 100k hilton honors points which she said will be credited after your stay. Lets see how will be the overall experience.

How do they verify your presence during the presentation? Attendance list?
