My 1,500 miles posted but it did not refresh my miles expiration date. Any idea why? Has anyone else run into a similar issue?
Points expiration policy?
I think it is 36 months inactivity.

Etihad Guest Bronze, Silver and Gold members – From 1 August 2020, your miles are valid for 18 months plus an additional 18 months with any eligible miles transaction, including earning, spending or buying miles. You can only extend your miles balance once per month*
Etihad Guest Platinum – Your miles will never expire
