There is an easy way to check to see if Chase has sent you any targeted credit card offers. To do so head to https://creditcards.chase.com/RecentlyMailedOffers.aspx and fill out the form.
For those worrying about phishing attempts, you can access this page from the chase website itself by going to https://creditcards.chase.com/ and then clicking the 4th link on the left (screenshot below).
