I assume they limit you to one of these gift cards per purchase. You should still be able to find some freebies for $10 or under though. They have offered this deal before.
Terrible experience redeeming code I received by text. Old lady at Guest services reacted like I asked for the key to her chastity belt. She told me that I was ineligible but wouldn’t explain why. I persisted and she finally threw the card at me without saying another word.
Didn’t work for me. Only offered a coupon book.

Tanger Guest Services gave me a coupon book for free, and saved my best friend a lot of money on a new coat.
Wow. The coupon books are usually $3 or $5 in the on-site vending machines.
