This whole thing is so bogus. I did the survey at 10:09 this morning and never got the points. After reading the above post, I called the Rewards line and they said that the had so many texts that the system
wasn’t awarding points and you now have to send in a screen shot of your text to verify that you did the survey. They can keep their points.

I completed the survey, but did not receive the points. I chatted with customer service rep who said they were aware of a problem with that. He gave me the phone number to the rewards department. I then called the rewards department. They immediately added the points to my account.

Did they verify anything about the survey? Just saw this but got the “this promo had been postponed”. Do you think if I call this # and act dumb like I did it but never recieved points they’d give them out to me?
