- Pay just $30 for membership instead of the regular $55, plus get a $10 Sam’s gift card
- Pay just $45 for membership instead of the regular $55, plus get a $20 Sam’s gift card and additional savings of over $100
The Fine Print
- Allow 5-7 days for delivery of e-gift card
- Offer valid for new Sam’s Club Members only; not valid for those with a current membership or those who were Sam’s Club members less than 6 months prior to October 1, 2017
- Offer valid for U.S. Sam’s Clubs only; not valid in Puerto Rico locations
- Expiration unknown
- Limit 1 per person
- Voucher must be redeemed online using link provided with voucher. Purchaser must provide a valid ID at Sam’s Club Membership desk to get physical membership card. Voucher is non-transferable.
- Purchasers will be opted into Sam’s Club auto renewal program upon first transaction in club
Our Verdict
Probably not worth paying the extra $15 speculatively unless you have intention of using those savings offers.
Chas Freedom cardholders can go through the Ultimate Rewards portal for an additional 8x. This same deal is showing on LivingSocial as well. If you like United miles, you can go through that portal for 10x per dollar on LivingSocial, and that can also help you meet the portal spend bonus threshold.Â
Assuming a few dollar value from the portal + the $10 gift card, the effective cost of membership is around $17. Just remember this is for new members only.
