[Expired] GrubHub (Food Delivery): $20 Off $20+, New Users Only [AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, RI]

This unfortunately now shows $7 off $14. Updated as expired.

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Get $20 off your first order of $20 or more (before tax & tip) with GrubHub when you enter your e-mail and zip code and agree to receive marketing materials

The Fine Print

  • Code will expire 14 days from when your e-mail is submitted
  • Valid for first time Grubhub users only (per person and per email address).
  • For one-time use only. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • To redeem, enter code at checkout on Grubhub’s website and app (cannot be combined with cash), and $20 will be taken off of minimum orders of $20, before tax, tip and delivery fee.
  • Only valid on personal (non-corporate) accounts.

Our Verdict

Code takes some time to come through, so please be patient. This should be basically a free meal (you’ll need to pay slightly more than $20 as that is the requirement before tax), still a great deal. You can view a list of cities they deliver to here. Some cities have a lot of places with free delivery and others seem to have basically none, you can also use it for pick up orders as well. Standard Referral bonus $7 off, so this is significantly better than that.

Yeah talk about shady. My code has been invalidated as well, even though it expires “tomorrow”.

same with me. my code was invalidated before the actual expiration date. So much for a promotion on their end. I will never use grubhub.

They are lucky if they never have cheap conniving scamsters like Jeremy and me (ab)use them!

They seem to have changed my EXISTING coupon for $20 off to $7 off. This is AFTER they sent it to me last week, but before I had a chance to use it. That is just so nasty. At this point, I want nothing to do with them.

Is this promo code event going to have no deadline at all? That would be like unlimited free meal for life?!

It says “For one-time use only.” Do you care about the rules at all?

Why not just go to the supermarket and steal a bunch of food so you’ll have free meals for a while?

One time use is defined as per cell phone number. I got my 3rd today. Anyway it’s been changed to $7 off $15 now.

I guess it’s a moot point now but this is the term I should have shown you.

“Valid for first time Grubhub users only (per person and per email address).”

I have to give you credit for actually responding though.

Check your ‘promotions’ tab as well in Gmail. That’s where I found my Grubhub $20 Code Email.

Ordered from the best Chinese place in town for a pickup. Just cost me $1.79 for food enough to last two meals! Thanks DoC. There are around 60 places near me on Grubhub, will try tomorrow with a new CC, email and phone to see if it works!
