Hyatt To Acquire Dream Hotel Group

Hyatt has announced plans to acquire dream hotel group for $125 million with up to a further $175 million to be paid as future properties open. This deal will add 12 managed or franchised lifestyle hotels and 24 signed long-term management agreements for properties that will be opened in the future.
