As far as I know these do not bypass the 5/24 rule unfortunately. There are also the same offers available in branch, but these are typically only offered to Chase Private Client customers. Public sign up bonuses on the CSP is currently 60,000 points but without the $95 annual fee waived. Bonus on the Freedom is $150.
