Our Verdict
Mesa previously offered a 50,000 point bonus that didn’t require a referral. Keep in mind points are only worth 0.8¢ towards your mortgage. They do have transfer partners as well:

I hate this bonus offering, as you need to refer two people to get the increased bonus and then they need to refer two people to get their bonus as well. Very quickly you end up with people who aren’t able to refer anybody and get no bonus at all. Because of that we won’t be adding it to our best credit card bonus page and we won’t be creating a referral thread for it either.
