• Receive a sign up bonus of $150 when you open an M checking account from MidFirst bank and mention the promotional code Tulsa150-2017. You also must complete two out of the following three requirements to earn the $150 bonus within 75 days of account opening:
  • Set up a $250 minimum monthly recurring direct deposit into new checking account (must receive for two consecutive months)
  • Complete 30 check card purchases with your MidFirst Check Card. Multiple swipes for the same purchase do not qualify. ATM transactions are not eligible
  • Complete three electronic payments either through online Bill Pay or ACH using your checking account
  • Apply and be approved for a MidFirst consumer credit card

The Fine Print

  • 1) Set up a $250 minimum monthly recurring direct deposit into new checking account (must be met in two consecutive calendar months to meet requirement);
  • 2) complete 30 debit card purchases (multiple swipes for the same purchase do not qualify, ATM transactions are not eligible);
  • 3) complete three electronic payments either through online Bill Pay or ACH using your checking account;
  • OR 4) apply and be approved for a MidFirst consumer credit card. Credit cards opened in conjunction with this offer must have the same primary account holder.

Our Verdict

They have offered a similar bonus before, but the requirements were slightly different. It’s nice that the direct deposit isn’t required, I’d probably complete the debit card transaction requirement and also bill pays. Here are some creative ways to meet that debit card requirement, just keep in mind the fine print that states multiple payments for the same purchase are excluded. I’ll add this to our list of the best checking bonuses currently available.
