Be careful about using this in the US:

“All drivers must hold a full and valid driving licence issued outside the USA, US Territories and Canada. Unfortunately it is not possible to rent this car on this package with a licence issued in the USA, US Territories or Canada.”

Taken from the terms for Alamo in one location I checked.

However, the website looks very similar to rentalcars.com (carhire3000). In my experience rental agencies see those voucher as prepaid and do not care about the license country. But use at your own risk…

+1 on this warning. I once booked a rental car in the US through Opodo and when I presented my US driver’s license, I was asked to show proof that I resided abroad. Fortunately, I’m a dual citizen and they accepted my German passport (even though it does not, of course, document residency).

what website and currency is this? confusing! I don’t see any 50% off. The rate is even more then autoslash and rental car websites. So it is not a deal

it does says insurance included!

Opodo is German and hence the currency is Euros. Once you validate most rentals do become a decent deal.

Ahh you’re right, didn’t realize the photo of the guy sitting on the hood was a button. This is still working. I tried a three-day res to see if I could get the discount on the first two days, but that’s not allowed.
