Bank of America to Sell U.K. Consumer Credit Card Business MBNA Ltd. by Bank of America Newsroom. Not a huge surprise, Brexit & cap on interchange fees make this a market BofA would have been eager to leave. Will be interesting to see what the funds of the sale are used for.
