Bill would stop airlines from forcing off passengers by Delmarva Now. Only affects passengers that have already boarded a flight. Seems like a completely reactive law change that in practice wouldn’t really help in most situations, apart from the recent United saga. Personally not a fan of this type of lawmaker, if you’re going to make a change you should at least try to focus on the root cause (overbooking in general or over zealous aviation policing).
