Now Easyjet needs to also sue every restaurant that serves ‘eggs over easy’. And Geico for the ‘so easy a caveman could do it’ slogan. Those would both make about as much sense as this lawsuit. (All three are completely unrelated to the airline industry, highly unlikely to cause any confusion.)

Not sure how trademark laws work in EU, but this wouldn’t have any merit here. Those brands they own would never be confused with a tv series. That confusion over brand or lack there of is what it boils down to. I can’t believe they’re even able to make this argument in european courts. Worse over there than I thought.
