WTF is a “part of a premium ticket?”

Been to 6/9 of the US PP restaurants. Makes premium credits a lot easier to swallow

We fly outta PDX all the time, didn’t realise there were three PP, turns CSR AF into a net gain.

Well if the MP users have an honest claim and bought it from Costco, that’s an avenue, if they are dishonest, the get a refund, in addition to the dead X-mas tree they returned to Costco last month :eyeroll

FWIW Costco Exec members can Re-fi/Buy for a max Orgination fee of $350, no junk fees, (Credit reports and most items are straight pass-thru items that can’t be inflated under TRID and Dodd-Frank, most Costco lenders are $275 or less and APR and Rate are extremely aggressive have little to any mark-up. It’s worth getting or upgrading to an Exec. membership, just for the Mortgage program if your planning on buying/Re-fi and if you returned an X-mas tree to Costco last month, you might even cancel or downgrade your membership after using the service. LOL.

Costco can have some killer partner deals, we got new S8+ last summer during the BOGO, but after selling the two Samsung Tv’s and the $50 Costco cash cards, and 0% APR, $0 dn on the EIP thru T-Mo , and then stacking the CC Reward points and Samsung Pay points, I think the net cost for each S8+ was under $125.

‘Was my wife’s and my account were cancelled because I used “checkin if movie is missing”?’

If he is lying that’s a great cover. Presumably that link was how the exploit worked. People probably did use that link legitimately, or at least because they didn’t see a particular movie actually listed- possibly because it only had premium offerings.

I’ve used the “Checkin if movie is missing” for showings that were after midnight at two different theaters in my area. For some reason, post-midnight movies don’t show up on the date before midnight or the date of showing. However, the money that was deposited was the exact cost of the showing (I purchased both tickets at the kiosk where I don’t think you can split the cost of the transactions unless using gift cards).

I guess people can exploit it, but I’d be royally pissed if they kicked me off for something that they can’t get right, especially when post-midnight showings are often the only showtimes that aren’t sold out from pre-orders or still have decent seats left from theaters with assigned seats.

Can someone explain what is wrong with “purchasing part of a “premium ticket” on their card” for MoviePass? How does it harm them?

My husband and I both have movie pass, so I tend to tell the cashier two tickets and then ask if they can put half on one card and half on another. The local theatre I go to just swipes the first card because I guess movie pass will only let you charge about $11, and then they swipe the next card for the remaining $6. The cashiers that do this are the ones that haven’t been taught how to split a transaction into two cards and someone taught them how to do this instead. My account hasn’t been cancelled, but I can imagine other accounts have for stuff similar to this.

Interesting p pass list, I’ll be at Kansai airport this week but I may be too gun-shy to try for the benefit…negotiating a priority pass credit in Japan has awkward international incident written all over it!
