There’s a new rumor that the upcoming changes to the Chase Sapphire Reserve card will change the fee on authorized user cards from $75 to $195 annually. This is based on what appears to be a leaked terms link from Chase – you can view it here.
If true, presumably there will be enhanced benefits for authorized users as well. Probably with some of the travel or lounge benefits and the like.

Tangentially, some are recommending doing a product change to the Sapphire Reserve card today (6/16/25) as in past card enhancements the ability to product change went away when the official Chase news of the details change came out.
