The Offer
- OneWorld partner S7 is offering members 100 miles daily when they confirm they are home
The Fine Print
- To receive miles, the Member must click on the “I’m at home” button on the Promotion Website. For one click of a button, 100 bonus points are awarded, which are also counted for obtaining status in the S7 Priority Program.
- The accrual of miles on the Promotion takes place in accordance with the Program Rules within 10 days after the end of the Promotion. Miles are awarded to members of the Loyalty Program with the status of open, active or suspended. Participants of the Promotion will receive a notification by e-mail indicated in the Personal Account of the Program upon the crediting of miles.
Our Verdict
Basically a free 3,000 miles. Doubt these will ever actually be useful to the vast majority of readers.
Hat tip to OMaaT
S7 is a Russian airline. Their miles worth nothing and expire within a year or two. Fuel surcharges are extremely high (sometimes higher than the ticket itself even within Russia).
It does not worth your time clicking that button, guys.
And before you can redeem S7 miles, you have to have flown an S7 flight.
Can these be transferred to another OneWorld airline without redeeming on a partner airline first?
Does/Has that ever worked on any airline/partner/alliance?
Only case I can think of is the ability to transfer between British Airways and Iberia
Ahh right. I suppose that counts. Somewhat special case since they merged … AF/KLM share a mileage program, but e.g. Lufthansa operating group doesn’t do the same across theirs.
I think there are convoluted ways to transfer from airline to hotel and then to some other airline, but the loss of points is quite extreme

I concur
I believe the correct spelling is “Yore”, like Eeyore without the first two letters.

Isn’t it OneWorld?
I think S7 is part of oneworld
