  • This program is a big waste of time, effectively, in I think the best case its like .0001% cashback. There isn't any point in paying attention to it because the you might as well keep your eyes out for pennies on the ground if you're looking for a higher return than using this program

  • Worse yet they didn't even bribe us with 1-2K of devalued points, to stop by a carrier store to see newly launched Note20,

  • The reward program is even more worthless now. That's quite a feat. I buy discounted gift cards and use it to get 3x on my Altitude card. I haven't paid attention to the points program for quite a while since it's so bad.

  • To earn something in their Reward Program, you need to make purchases using Samsung Pay at the speed of AK-47.

  • I am surprised samsung rewards are even part of the discussion anymore as they have devalued this program so much over last couple years.

    • Every time you think they've reached the bottom, just wait a bit, they'll find a way to make it worse.

  • they suck. And they can keep dreamin if they think I'm buying their $1400 phone!! Are you kidding me??

  • This looks like an even worse downgrade tbh. Now you need 29 transactions to go to the next level unless you are buying gift cards

    • giftcards is all i use it for honestly. and even then, the rewards points are still nearly worthless and too slow to accrue
