- Krispy Kreme is offering a half dozen original glazed donuts when you download their app. After around one hour of downloading the app, they’ll send you the offer with a unique barcode that is then scanned by the Krispy Kreme staff.

Our Verdict
There is no mention of this deal on either of the app stores, but I’ve personally confirmed it works (just be patient for the code to come through). You then need to click it in the top right hand corner to redeem it. Six donuts isn’t much, but hey it’s free and doesn’t take long at all to do.

For anyone else wondering–you should receive a message with the notification that you have earned 6 free donuts. When you tap the bar code icon in the top right corner, you will only see the bar code (nothing indicating the free promo). However, the discount will load automatically when the bar code is scanned at the store. Successfully used it this morning.
I did it yesterday and so far received nothing. I see a barcode icon on the top right and when I click it, I see my membership card info. Am I missing anything here?

Downloaded this morning and still haven’t seen any codes. There’s a barcode icon on top right hand corner, but nothing shows up after the click. Wonder if this is YMMV by location. I live in NYC and there’s only one shop in Manhattan.
Do we just download the app or do we have to download the app and create account for their rewards program?
Krispy Kreme has a rewards program? How many donuts do you have to buy to redeem for a transatlantic in F?

Do you? I don’t see anywhere in the app where you can log in. It seems to be a very simple app.
After looking through the FAQ, it seems the app only allows you to log in if you’re in certain locations. There’s no krispy kreme near me, so that’s probably why it doesn’t show a login.
Also, it’s been almost 24 hours, and no rewards have appeared. It seems that unless you live in Krispy Kreme territory, you can’t get this promotion. This is not nationwide.
Shame, since I’m going to be driving through Krispy Kreme territory in a couple weeks.
Maybe you can log in when you’re in a krispy kreme area and then get your free donuts?
I’ll give it a shot if the promotion is still alive in a week.
