Keep in mind after the first five digits the numbers are unique so you don’t want to share those.
I usually get one of these, but haven’t. Anyone DM staples on twitter to get a mystery reward?
I got $25, in store only. Combined with $5 in regular Staples Rewards, bought a $30.99 case of 5 reams of paper. Paid $1.06 out of pocket and will get $21 back in rebates. I’m pleased with that.
33287 is worth $5.
I actually got an online-only $100 reward. There’s no code – click a button in the email to load it to your cart, then add items to see how much the reward is. I got them to 110% match some dry-erase markers that I’m donating to an elementary school.
If you’re after cheap paper, buy the Staples 4-ream pack in store for $17.99+tax with their online coupon, then get a $16.99 easy rebate; to get full coupon value you have to do one per transaction; with 6% tax, puts cost at 0.104 Cents/page.
If you want free shipping for an online purchase, you have to buy two at a time, but can use only one coupon, so you pay $18.99+tax, for a cost of around 0.157 Cents/page.
When the coupon and rebate is active, each week you can get 3 rebates for in-store purchases plus 3 rebates for online purchases. Best deal is to do 3 online transactions with coupon for pick up in store, then buy 3 more while you’re there. My local Staples lets me do it all with one pass through the line, so I try to go at a slow time of day.
Are 4-ream cases only available in-store? That’s a great deal, but I find myself not having time to go to the stores. I tried looking on the Staples site, but I couldn’t find 4-ream cases listed… Damn.
What can I get for $5?
nuts, candy, cleaning products…
You can buy a box of Staples!
$5 here as well; better than nothing.
Just wanted to let people know that there’s a chance to make money, depending on the size of the award, even if the award isn’t much. Currently, a box of staples brand paper containing 8 reams is about $50, but there’s a $39.50 easy rebate available for it. If you buy the box, its list price is $50, so you’ll get free shipping. But with a $25 coupon code, as I got, you pay about $27 including tax. And so you’ll get about $12-13 net profit, once you get the easy rebate. Use the chase ink shopping portal to get 5x (on the 27) + bonus 4x (on the 25, because taxes don’t earn bonus) for about 235 UR. I think the shopping bonus works in conjunction with staples coupons. Let me know if I’m wrong. I’ll find out in a couple days.
I just want 1 cent paper. I don’t have ink card
If you have the Chase Freedom or Freedom Unlimited, you can still get about 5x back. That’s still not bad. Even if you don’t have a Chase card, there are many shopping portals (check out Staples on cashbackmonitor) that will earn you points back.
Even if you don’t use any shopping portal or cashback card, 8 reams of paper for $11 bucks is pretty sweet. Of course, they give you a Visa gift card, which isn’t super convenient, but it’s still not bad at a net 0.275 cents (not 0.275 dollars) per sheet of paper. If you got a $5 coupon, that’s $6 bucks per 8-ream case, or 0.15 cents per sheet.
That being said, definitely try to use a cashback card and/or a shopping portal.
My wife got the $5 code -but I got the offer for online only. You find out your mystery gift when you total your cart.
My code 79938 – $10
Thanks I got the same code but $10 better than nothing
