It is in the header of the confirmation emails they send (order confirmation & shipped). My subject is “I Can Read! Book Club Customer Service: Account Number ########”
You don’t have to call or email to cancel. Just create an online account and you can do it directly from there.

Once your order ships, you should get an email notification about it, which will also list your account number. 🙂
Yes. I couldn’t find an email from them either, but it’s because it was in my junk/spam folder in gmail. So check there.

Signed up / ordered yesterday and can confirm that SB posted immediately (order date of 10/7/19 with a pending credit date of 11/8/19).
Will update with cancellation details once completed in approximately a week.
Can confirm creating an account works fine to easily cancel. You can also pick up the phone and dial 888-965-8737 – they pick up on the first or second ring. Just have your account # ready and they will quickly cancel your subscription.

I’ve done this deal twice. They’re under Harper-Collins so very reputable. Cancellation is super easy and 100% hassle free. Just email [email protected] and tell them you want to cancel. The second time they cancelled within 2 hours!

You’re risking a dollar.
If you cancel within two weeks, you MIGHT lose the 1000 SBs and you’d only be out a dollar.
