Our Verdict
You get the 15% back in points in addition to the normal points you’d earn. Walmart looks a good option for this week. They have a new offer every week, this is what they have previously had:

This is another confusing one in that the fine print says 15% back, but the ad says $15 back. In my experience they actually mean 15% back with the $50 max but they do the image wrong for whatever reason.
