- This offer started on 09/30/2022, or the date you enrolled, whichever is later, and ends on 12/31/2022

Our Verdict
Paypal is accepted widely online so this should be an easy win. It might work with Paypal QR purchases in-store as well. Just be sure to activate the offer and link your Citi card with Paypal.
