Amazon recently launched Amazon Cash, allowing you to add funds to your Amazon account at retailers (CVS, Gamestop, Speedway, Sheetz, Family Fare and more). They offered a $10 bonus when it first launched and now it’s a $5 bonus. They have sent out an e-mail to some who have loaded using Amazon Cash offering a $5 Amazon gift card for completing the survey by November 8th, 2017. E-mail subject line is ‘Amazon Cash: Share your opinion’.
As pointed out in the comments, the survey is fairly easy to complete and shouldn’t take any more than 5-10 minutes.
