Our Verdict
Interestingly the ad for this promotion specifically mentions purchase a $200 Visa gift card, but the fine print excludes gift card purchases. I assume Capital One shopping populates the most purchased items, even if they don’t successfully track. You might have some success getting this manually credited but I would be surprised if it automatically credits.
