The Fine Print

Our Verdict
This targeted offer is being sent out on various Chase cards, such as Freedom, Sapphire varieties, Amazon, Hyatt, United, and likely others. Just keep in mind that if you get $600 in total bonuses from Chase (referral bonuses, etc.), you might end up getting 1099ed for this, so actual gain here might be less than a free 500 points bonus. (Some on Reddit suggest that no 1099 will be sent out since the total purchases are more than $5, so it’ll be considered a rebate.)
