The Offer
[No direct link, must log into existing Wells Fargo account]
- Wells Fargo are targeting some existing customers to receive the following offer when they sign up for a new Wells Fargo Visa Signature card:
- Sign up bonus of $200 after $2,000 in spend (some people are getting offered only $100)
- 0% Introductory APR for purchases for 18 months (some are only offered 15 months free)
The Fine Print
- Targeted offer
- No annual fee on this card
- Earn 5x points on gas, grocery, and drugstore net purchases for 6 months, and 1x on all other net purchases
- Receive 50% more value when you redeem for airfare through GoFarRewards.wf.com.2 For example, 30,000 points is currently a $450 value toward airfare redemption or a $300 value toward cash redemption options.
Our Verdict
This card doesn’t usually come with a sign up bonus, so this is a big positive. A lot of people have previously gotten this card because it earns 5% cash back on gas, grocery & drugstores for the first six months – unfortunately Wells Fargo is cracking down on people abusing this. That being said, a $200 bonus + some 5% action is pretty appealing – even if there are better cash sign up bonuses out there.
Let me know if you received this targeted offer or any similar ones in the comments below.
Received a similar offer in the mail.
Looks like it contains 16 month language, so I’m ineligible having recently picked up the WF Propel
I still see a “10,000 bonus rewards points when you spend $1,000 in net purchases the first 3 months your card is opened” offer.
Fat Wallet member reports it is a popup when signing into their WF account.
$200.00 bonus for $2000.00 spend

Confirmed it was a TARGETED OFFER
I called WF CS who could only find similar offer for me with NO signup bonus nor minimum spend.
Right now, I do not need the 0% APR offer until next year.
In the past, I have on occasion received similar offers for $100.00 signup reward. This is one company that means limited time offer when so stated.
Thanks for the info. Where are folks finding this offer when they are logged in to their Wells Fargo account? I’m poking around on mine and not coming up with it. Thanks
yeah, its not on mine either, I looked in the “products and offers” section
For me it’s appearing once I sign in, and on the left of the page. Just a small box. My only relationship with WF is my Tempur-Pedic account, which is about two years old.
Like Edward said, left of the page when you log in.
