Both the Citi AT&T card and the Citi Premier and Preferred cards have been back and forth on Citi’s website. In the case of the former, the card has been going missing completely sometimes. With the Premier and Preferred cards, it’s just the signup bonus that doesn’t show on the Citi site; the card application can be found.

There’s also a variant offer of 10,000 points and $100 statement credit here. This offer is not as good for most people, mainly because you need to make $100 purchase at LiveNation to get the $100 credit, although the spend requirement is just $1,000 for this offer.
