Cost will be ~$30 after taxes and fees, if you use a promo code listed as valid on Capital One shopping you can save 60% to reduce price to $12. Or you can try to use a referral to get 70% off (referrals not listed as a valid code but seem to be tracking fine, YMMV). If you use a referral I think the person who referred you receives $50 off next order. Do not share your referrals in the comments below, they can be shared in this linked post.
This enrolls you in auto billing and reordering so you can update your settings to pause future orders until Capital One tracks/pays out. Order should also come with a zippypaws puzzler, treats bag & scoop.
As always, keep in mind that Capital One Shopping portal does not require having a Capital One card or bank account. Also remember that the rewards are not cash but rather they cash out as gift cards for various brands.
