Zacbys is using LevelUp as its rewards program vendor, same as Potbelly and others. If you have already used the same email at another LevelUp restaurant you may get the login error. Just reset the account password.
The phone number was pulled from previous LevelUp account (didn’t share the phone number during signup but got the sms to verify)
Also, the rewards haven’t posted in the app, yet (8+ hours)

Looks like Zaxby’s site is having problems.
Their reCaptcha keeps resetting for me and prevents me from signing up.

Couldn’t get past the Capcha at the end on mobile. Pixel 2 using Chrome.
Tried it on my desktop and signup worked fine.
Update: signed up successfully, but now the login isn’t working. Says the password is incorrect (it’s not, I just set it 40 seconds ago.) Did password reset and still not working. Says the account is locked from too many login attempts. Never got a text or email from them confirming the signup. Appears to be a very broken program and app!
