Our Verdict
I see it on all my Amex business cards. Hopefully, the rest of you do too.
Office Max/Depot are currently running a no-fee promo on Amex gift cards. Variable-load cards can not be purchased with credit, but the fixed-fee cards can, and I think those will be able to be purchased fee-free now through December 10. Just buy $100 Amex gift card with no fee to lock in the $20 discount anywhere! You can also split payment with up to at least 8 credit cards if you can find the $200 cards it might make sense to split payment so you don’t have to deal with lower denomination gift cards (variable loads don’t work with credit card unfortunately).
You can also buy a few gift cards from officedepot.com including iTunes, Fandango, and of course their own. I assume these would all work to trigger the Amex Offer. There is also a $15 iTunes code deal if you spend $100+ online.
