There’s no limit on how much you can buy, but you need a minimum  of $200 worth in gift cards in order to trigger the 15% discount. Buy $200 and pay $170, buy $300 and pay $255, etc. Note that while the 15% sale doesn’t seem to have a limit, Paypal will probably limit you after buying 4 or 5 cards, if not sooner.

Stack the Deal
There are quite a few stacking that will go on here, along with the 15% discount:
- Get 10% in eBay Bucks if you were targeted, or 2% for people like me who weren’t targeted

Our Verdict
This is an awesome deal for those who pay for travel; buying travel gift cards on eBay is always a good deal with INK, Bucks, portal, bonus Bucks – the extra 15% makes it much better.
If you stack it right, you should be able to get around 30% off total (15% + 10% + 5x + 1.5%).
