The Offer
- Make a single purchase of $15 or more online, pay with your Chase Freedom Visa credit card using Visa Checkout, and receive a $15 statement credit on your credit card statement.
Go to the above link and click Enroll Now to add you Freedom card to Visa Checkout and take advantage of this offer. You can use the offer at any online merchant who accepts Visa Checkout, full list here.
The Fine Print
- Valid 11/2/15 – 12/31/15
- Limit one $15 statement credit per customer or card account (if you have two completely separate Freedom accounts, I imagine you can do this twice)
- Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles until $15 credit shows up
- Your card account must remain open and not be in default to receive the statement credit
- Statement credit cannot be processed if your card number expires or changes while statement credit is pending
- You may be issued an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 (or other appropriate form) that reflects the value of such reward
- Offer valid for existing Visa Checkout accounts or for new Visa Checkout accounts
Our Verdict
This is a free money deal. You can buy:
- $15 gift card to places like Kohl’s or Kmart from Newegg
- $20 gift card to Gap or Domino’s from Newegg
- $25 gift card to eBay, Zappos and more from Newegg
- Target gift card from Staples.com
- $25 e-gift card to Target or eBay or Home Depot and more from Staples.com
- Visa gift card from Newegg
- Visa gift card from Staples.com
Remember to go through a portal for Newegg purchases, hopefully the portal will work for gift card purchases on Newegg.
The last time they offered this it was with CSP and they didn’t require a minimum $15 purchase. Looked like they wizened up this time which means that you won’t be able to buy $.50 game codes from Newegg to trigger this offer.
