I have a chase business checking account for ~5 months. I got an email saying inviting me to apply for an ink cash card and there is an expiration date. I went to chase branch and asked the banker to search for pre-approval offer in my business account. The answer was none.
Does chase apply 5/24 rule to their business card? How should I take this invitation email, an offer, or just a flyer?
Thanks!
Any way to validate the claim on 5/24 from this post?

If you have previously received an Amex upgrade bonus and then downgraded, are you eligible to get another upgrade bonus?
Generally, the upgrade offers do NOT include the terms of ever having the product.
However, if you upgrade to a card, that still counts as having had the product when it comes to the REGULAR signup bonuses. So, if you upgrade, you can’t cancel and then later sign up for it regularly and get the bonus, since you’ve already had the product. But, you should be able to upgrade again, since those offers generally don’t have that language.
