Our Verdict
What’s weird is that some people have been told they need to call to register, others can do it online and others don’t seem to need to enroll at all. I guess Barclaycard is doing some split testing. Let me know what offers you receive in the comments below and I’ll add them to the post.
I’m very confused. The title suggests that this is for all Barclaycards, but when I call, it sounds like it’s only for Aviator cards. I have three Barclaycards, but none of them are Avaitor cards. Does this apply to me?
It’s not just aviator cards, other cards have these offers as well but you must be targeted.

Got the Wyndham offer of 2x on restaurant/grocery spend as well but had to register.
DH got a targeted offer on the Barclaycard Apple Rewards 2x points additional on grocery, dept stores and travel from 10/1/16 to 12/31/16 up to 2,500 points… that came via his email. I didn’t get the offer on my card.
On my Aviator Red, I got the additional 2X offer you mentioned on groceries/gas/dept stores via email with a link to enroll. Last quarter, I was offered 1.5X on all spend, the quarter before was additional 2X on Uber, and before that was additional 2X on gas and restaurants.
not seeing any offers for the HA card. At least I was able to waive the annual fee.
Got it on my Upromise card (2% extra CB), very interesting. The offer I got was grocery, gas, and toy & game. Activation was via clicking a link in the e-mail.
Never gotten a targeted spending offer on this card, but I also use it nearly 100% for online shopping.
I also recently put a lot of spend on it, so perhaps that has something to do with it?

When you call, do they automatically say your offer or do you have to ask a rep?
