Raise had a promotion in conjunction with Topcashback which offered $10 per gift card listing sold on Raise when going through the portal. We don’t know why, but most of us are seeing *some* of our $10 cashback credits crossed out and clawed back. The issue seems to be affecting only a small percentage of the cashback and we have no idea why this is happening.
You can see this clawback on the main cashback page in your Topcashback account, not on the itemized page.
One theory was put forth in the comments that they are not crediting for gift cards which were listed in August but sold in September. This doesn’t seem to work with my own data and that of others in the comments there.
