Vietnam Airlines is a SkyTeam member. No idea how long it is until Vietnam Airlines lotus miles expire, if you know let us know in the comments. We will be adding this to our list of free loyalty points. Cheapest award ticket is 9,000 miles for intra-Vietnam during off peak period (full redemption options here). None of the flexible point programs transfer to Vietnam Airlines, so this will largely be useless for most people.
