Our Verdict
Some people won’t want to stock up $250 worth on phone refills, but you can use this toward the $250 threshold for the Amex Offer, if you have other things to buy at Best Buy which can push you over the threshold.
I would guess this offer is available in Best Buy stores as well, but we don’t know that for certain.
